Listening a HSE talk to promote vaccines. The guy talking was like a Guru with his sect . "The world needs us ... we provide energy" ... WTF, nobody needs SLB ... the world needs good companies ... Not a company with toxic managers which believe they are essential. And now they want to track the vaccinated people on their database, like animals with chips ?... What about medical confidentiality and respect for anonymity? What about respecting workers ... SLB manages employees like children who would need a father by becoming more and more intrusive in their private life ...pushing people to report risk at home..pushing them by objectives to talk about their private events .. private family events ...events with kid.... All of this on the name of their HSE and because SLB believe they need to save the world.

Arrogance is the very essence of SLB. Asking for it to end is like asking the Sun to rise in the West and set in the East. I don’t know where you’re posting from, but if it’s the US, SLB is not legally obligated to protect COVID vaccination status. If clients require it that’s all that matters. Contact HR to request a medical or religious or exemption, but otherwise you should plan on getting vaxxed or tested frequently
The general arrogance will not end. It’s like a virus itself. It filters down through the food chain, installed in anyone put in a position of ‘authority’
I am sure HSEA would have checked with legal before emailing the entire company with such a controversial measure

Respect to SLB if this is in fact a policy. I’m awarding exactly 0 contracts to service companies that can’t protect the health and safety of our employees. Vaccination is a required mitigation or you aren’t getting in the door, good to hear a hard line being taken.

Vaccine status will be like engage to excel..the voluntary survey that if you don’t take, your mangers threatened you with the dreaded SLP3 downgrade
