Mine is on vacation and the storm yesterday knocked out their electricity. They will come home to a flooded basement, no air conditioning and spoiled food. For anyone else, I’d feel bad about all that.

It's easy. The qualifications are as follows:
- Be able to delegate so you can spend the day on the golf course
- Be able to shift the blame for failure to your subordinates
- Be able to take the credit for your teams' successes
- Always be right despite the evidence
- Be a bully
- Be a poor communicator
- Lacks personal accountability
- Poor listening skills
- Surrounds themselves with @$$kissers
- Lacks integrity
- Arrogant
These are but a few traits Ford wants in their management. (They aren't leadership.)
I don’t think it’s difficult to be an LL5 in any department. Mine just passes the work along to me and then takes the credit for the work I do. Yet, they are the ones making the insane paycheck.
