Is good teamwork something that is slowly disappearing from HW??? It seems to me that teams are becoming more and more dysfunctional here. In my current team some individuals try to dominate the group in all possible ways and they are a big drain on energy. The atmosphere is becoming less healthy and it is getting harder to work here.

Just decided to end this pain and turned in my letter of resignation.
well the management is sure absentee. If you look through LinkedIn, you can see where they are spending their time. I am tired of all the BS announcements GFK sends out on LI - "Oooh look at shiny new object which just came out of our backside, and which we gave away free to some schmuck at a client so we could have a logo to go with this tripe".
Now I see others like RK, RL getting in on this action. Very courageous of them.
Absentee management.
It takes years to build highly productive teams. You cannot in any confidence alter that in exchange for lower-waged, poorly resourced alternatives, which by the way rotate out continuously. I've seen projects take months where it should have taken 2 days to perform what was required. It's shameful what the executives have created. What a mess!
every country cost-efficient new hire I have interacted with doesn’t know what they are doing. There goes a day.

so many jobs have been poorly outsourced now we cant even function as a company. It takes DAYS to do anything now. Shameful.
