In which ways are you expanding your skillset? People like to complain because it’s a way to vent their frustrations about this place. This is good because others who intend to work here can also be made aware of what problems people are facing here. However, investing in yourself helps more than complaining. In my case, it paid off because I finally got an offer that is much, much better.
