The highest leaders at Mattel have destroyed the brand and customer service. And no one seems to be aware that robots overseas are talking to the consumers now, in extreme robotic ways. Hello , wake up. Do you have a clue? No because it’s been buried. Those who speak to the consumers, rule the way. Get it, Rock the cradle.

there is no customer service anymore because we’ve done such a poor job at capturing the attention of consumers that no one calls anymore.
They literally pay the robot customer service reps in Dogecoin and Mobil 1. The amount of money they save on payroll offsets and reduction in customer satisfaction many times over.
You work your heart out for the company.. to create magical products, marketing for consumers, and this is how we assist them now? Our customer service was legendary before. Now this!???? This is unacceptable. How could they let this happen.
Just to clear this up, Consumer Service jobs in EA have been outsourced to a third-party vendor overseas. Consumers are unhappy and it's not helping the brand image after numerous recalls and already bad press.
Anyone who doesn't understand what he's talking about probably doesn't work at Mattel anymore and probably hasn't for at least a few years. The robots are very real and if you were paying attention you'd be painfully aware of that fact. Wake up, indeed.
