I have a question that I've been wondering about. Anyone here working in club pickup have your days split up? Been told the block schedule has changed and the only one who was able to get two days back to back was the one who had been in club pickup for years . Now I have been in the club longer but not in the dept. Would like to hear from any who works in the dept, wondering if this is true, or if I'm being told a lie.

When they originally did the blocks, it’s based on your seniority, on who gets first pick.
I like how it’s claimed that I’m lying just because “your club” doesn’t do it right ha ha. Everything is up to management discretion for the business anyways

Bu-----t... Team leads do not have a fixed schedule in my club. They work whenever they choose.
My days off are Sunday and Monday another person has Friday and Sunday, another one has Tues and Saturday and the 4th full timer in the morning has Wednesday and Thursday so yes they can be split but ours went by seniority I asked for Sunday and Monday and since I have been with the complete the longest I got it the 2nd longest wanted Friday and Sunday so she got it. Everyone else’s just went around ours
Lies, not happening at our club. And by the way, there is no seniority at Sam’s club.

Manager here…there’s a guide that can be followed..however, it’s up to the need of the business. TLs schedules are the only ones that are fixed by the company
