This site has provided accurate information on the assessments (that all bonus eligible as would have to take them), the VtO made to some bonus eligible, and the RIFs in various areas. Not sure what OP means by inaccurate info. I think most info has proved to be true or close to true.

Considering this company is ran by a bunch of disgusting sociopathic compulsive lying scumbags who have zero clue what transparency is and who purposely keep everything hidden so they can line their greedy pockets this site is a Godsend. We knew about the layoffs and assessments even though those slimeballs tried to keep everything hidden from us. Thanks to this site we know all and see all thanks to good hearted people in the know who do the right things to keep us informed.
I almost never comment here, but do check in about once a week to see what new. To the OP, I can't begin to tell you haw many times something forecast here came to pass. One thing you have to keep in mind. People post broadly to maintain anonymity sometimes but the impact can be very specific to business area. Just because it is not true to you, does not mean it did not happen.
Yep. Allstate brand is garbage. They should focus their $$$ on process and proper support. Instead they are getting Alicia Keys to be the new voice. Okay. I appreciate that they are trying to widen the diversity, but feels like pandering when you hear TW talk about BLM and refer to African Americans as “the bl---s.”

And about the so called rumors...With great thanks to the people here, I found out about the assessments last year a few days before our managers yold us we were getting them. I enjoy and find this board to be very informative personally and for all of us. Thank you all!!
Let’s lay-off half the claims staff in 2020 and fill the positions in 2021 at 1/3 the pay with less experienced people all while making our loyal policyholders suffer.
