If you have stock, be sure to vote.
If you don’t have stock, buy it & vote. Shareholders vote on Snake Storey’s job every year. Of course it’d be hard to vote him out due to all the shares he’s holding, but it can be done.

They want everyone to quit so THEY don't have to pay unemployment, I won't give them the satisfaction. Not to worry, with more and more b.s. metrics being mandated it won't be long before one cant physically keep up, or quoting Dirty Harry in "Sudden Impact-"Go ahead-make my day!"

It has nothing to do with the union. I used to work for Level3 they are known for layoffs. To answer your question, no it will not end until the stock goes up.

This was offered because people that initially turned down prior vspp and ivspp can now take a package and possibly save a job or two.

Just remember According to the National Labor Relations Act, Union Members can sue the union for misrepresentation if they believe that it failed to fulfill its legal duty of fair representation.

Maybe it’s time for that to happen? We’d get to see the financials, and how much money they’ve taken from the company and what’s in the strike fund that hasn’t been used in 20 years.

Same in Phoenix, VSPP will be offered every quarter, it has been for the last 3 years or so. I hear mass exodus of techs leaving by 1st of the year. Currently I'm aware of at least 20 techs in the east valley are looking at leaving. Its a shame, all this knowledge leaving with this VSPP offering. Moral is at the lowest I've seen. its a shame. Also hear many SROs are wanting to leave, they see the writing on the wall. The next contract will be brutal, prepare, save, and run and expect your job title be no more. Expect a lockout and save, you will have 18 months to prepare and save. The company is hoping that many CWA Net Tech/Broadband techs leave so they can disband the Union. There is a certain number its need to reach. There are many jobs out there, you got to look for them, sharpen your resume, and leave this place. Its toxic, not healthy, and demoralizing how the company is run. Wish everyone well. With over 25 years with the company I'm taking the VSPP and transitioning into a new career.

Worse than micromanaging. SROs intentionally not getting techs their tools and send them out to work weeks at a time. Hard to make numbers in this environment. Then they shift supervisors around and have new supervisors write people up based on prior SRO. These tactics are ugly and violate many guiding principals that are posted.

Nope. This is their goal. They want to make everyone as miserable as possible with emails and numbers so they take a package or quit. It’s actually working pretty well for them. I’ve never seen so many techs take a package because they’re tired of the micromanaging bs.

They want everyone out “voluntarily” so they can bring in the contractors

It'll end when the company goes under.
