So CSL pay band has increased from low of 79,900 to 90k.... interesting they do that after letting go about 400 CSLs last November. Does this means Adjuster pay bands are increasing as well? How does this affect the MRR? PDS time will be interesting to see if the Adjusters get a piece of the pie

Yes, I just heard this from a CSL. 90k starting salary, not bad for doing less work than their employees.
CSL salary range is about $85K to $135K depending on experience, job complexity and number of reports. Other companies pay their CSLs (or equivalent) much more than that....i.e. Farmers Ins range for comparable managers is about $100K to $175K (at least in Cali).
400 csl were not let go
Facts. And headcount is 11. It is only manageable w experienced staff. Unfortunately our turnover is such that it’s a nightmare. Additionally, our talent is leaving for better pay at a record pace…
Training is a joke and we can’t ride with our employees so basically we’re set up for failure.

How many people does a CSL manage on average?
If they manage less than 10 I think this is a well deserved and probably leveling increase.
If they manage more than that on their down line this is way too low and should start in the 125-150k range.
I was thinking that a CSL managed a larger group but I never really ask.
