Why we're always hiring

Lots of openings because they are always having under-the-radar layoffs of older and/or higher paid employees, as well as offshoring and replacing American workers.

This is exactly what's been happening. If we don't hear about major layoffs that's not because there were none, it's because they are small enough that very few people other than those affected notice. But they are ALWAYS happening. As simple as that.

Unlike the bu-----t above I agree.A company thats always hiring is a good indicator.Lot of staff burned out.Massive increase in workloads for same pay or less.
