The union leadership will hold out until Uncle Joe and Aunt Kamala tell them they won't be invited to any more Washington DC parties unless they endorse mandatory vaccination, then they'll throw us under the bus
Sorry about the delay !! Here you go

CWA supports voluntary vaccination programs and opposes mandatory vaccination as a condition of employment.
Was there a vote on mandatory masking?
"On the CWA page , it has in bold that they do NOT agree with mandatory vaccination . They only agree with voluntary vaccination"
What CWA page? It's not on our local page or the main CWA page. I don't do Fake Book or Twatter.
don't assume the union leadership won't sell you out too
Union says they have no intention of agreeing to a vaccination mandate.
Union will negotiate $500 bonus for each worker to get the vaxx and sell out all the workers.
Any “mandatory” directive from T towards the union workers, need the union vote. The contract has to be ratified, to amend such provision. Read the contract and in no subsection does it call for “vaccinations”. In any case if the union does agree, it has to be voted in by its members, otherwise the union itself would be expose to a lawsuit.
The best thing T could do is not mandate it, they should encourage it and give all employees not just union members the option to test weekly.
OSHA webpage states: “DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.”
On the CWA page , it has in bold that they do NOT agree with mandatory vaccination . They only agree with voluntary vaccination
Negotiations are accelerated by the fda approval of Pfizer.
