Curious to know, how many NOV groups have cut salaries, benefits, bonuses, and retirement fund matching?
We've lost lots here, and many employees are actively looking to leave the company..

Yes I agree, leaving is your best option. If you are offered another VERP, grab it and run.
I dont know if that is going to be an option anymore. I'm a 25 year employee who turned down a VERP a couple years ago and in hindsight I should have taken it. I felt I was too young to make it to retirement and I was put on a list and when the wuhan flu hit my department was dissolved and I was laid off, fortunately my severance was just about equal to the VERP (except for the insurance) because of my years of service and age.
Leaving was one of the best things that ever happened to me. Jumping off a sinking ship and absolutely clueless management from bottom to top was the best thing to do. I was hoping after hope that conditions would improve and that we could have a decent workplace after all I had invested in time and my life into that place but to no avail. Efforts are not appreciated or compensated, just another number. Management that cares only about numbers and their bonuses, not their employees or even their customers is soon to hit rock bottom and actually be ignorant enough to be surprised and wonder what happened.......absolute ineptitude!!!!! Exactly the wrong people in the wrong positions....amazing you would think they could get something right even by accident.........NOPE......the good old boy network is alive and well and will be the death of this company.
Unfortunately there are a lot of great co-workers I left behind, they are awesome and my heart aches for what they must face day in and day out for a lousy salary and benefits that are being chipped away at constantly all to give upper management their $13 million bonuses every year.........SAD
Leave now!!!!!!!!!!!.......outside the NOV's controlling, depressing and hostile workplace atmosphere is a world that is hiring and very well paying!!!
