Haven't seen the email. But I've started deleting messages from "leadership" as soon as I see the word "resiliency." Stop thanking us for our resiliency! If "leadership" would stop sh*#@ing on his, we wouldn't need to be so resilient. No "caring" email is going to make me feel better. Empty words without positive action.

@t1pf it was only sent out to EMGP, since it was their president sending the message. The shocking thing is their attrition isn’t that high compared to industry averages and they are probably the easiest org to get a contractor to fill the open spot. To that end, why bother?

Can someone give us more details about what this email is and if it went out to everyone, or only certain orgs?

Being from Europe, I was greatly motivated by the magic 7 projects, none of which are anywhere near my region....inspire and motivate!

still hesitating : denial mode or sugar coating mode.
Show me the data / the KPI …. As we are a data / KPI company.
I have seen this message : with a couple of exception (including HR - I am wondering why ;-) ) current attrition is inline with the historical trend / inline with industry trend.

welcome to the mediocracy.

My favorite part was JG talking about career opportunities. He listed 7 projects that just passed FID as a sign of future career opportunities, 4 listed, which represented about 80% of the spend, are OBO. Time to dust of my resume and see if our partners are hiring…

If they want and need me, they need to tell me to my face. I don’t read junk mass emails. I have enough real work to do.

Actions speak much louder than words.

I don’t give a damn about your fake “care” email

Really? Wanted and needed? Wanted and needed to be at the bottom bucket and kicked out at the next ranking cycle? I am still leaving. I don't want my work effort benefit this sickening company.

Let me rephrase..."we care so much about our employees that we had an HR intern type up this email to tell you we care about you and that you should ignore the past couple of years"...Ha Ha Ha...this is great.

An insult given, as you say, the treatment of the last 18 months.

I haven't seen an email about this. Did it go out to everyone, or just certain groups?
