NOV mgmt. Keeps playing deaf on raises not given to employees. One more guy left this morning and a couple more in line.

You have no idea what they are doing with the Covid people. It doesn't make sense what they are letting go. It's all about NOV making money. They can care less about the employees.
What's going now with Bammel?
I heard they gave all the Houston service guys $10 an hour raise.
Even the incompetent controls group got raises.
If only they would spend that money on training then they could earn a raise instead of a participation trophy raise.
I recently left but more because they were telling Covid employees to come back if feeling okay at Bammel. Then a bunch got sick. My health and my family’s is more important. Now they say they will require a negative test to return. Too little too late. Will find another job at some point.
