Thread regarding UnitedHealth Group Inc. layoffs

I went through TDP right out of college. The program was great and we were exposed to a variety of new emerging technologies. I learned a lot during my first rotation while I did well in my second rotation. People were great but the entire TDP was a bubble. Seeing a bunch of people get laid off really ki---d my morale as the number of people working from home increased (pre covid). Senior management didn’t like WFH either. I liked going to work. TDP helped me grow a ton. Seeing people get laid off made me realize that nothing in life is guaranteed and to never live paycheck to paycheck.
