seems like people aren't buying it Rahul. most of my team has departed, the talented ones are long gone, and the ones that are left are actively looking - seems like the senior management could care less - e.g. you got your bonus, stock options, etc. given the speed at which ss&c hires people and gives approvals it will take months to rebuild.
the good thing is they don't have to pay severance - but what's left - not much.
for all bill's discussions about people centered, etc. it's all pure B.S. - which is not a coincidence that his initials match the meaning.
