How do I know that? I was curious and hopped on forums of other big banks on this page. And boy oh boy should you see the mess there. Every single one of them has hundreds of posts and every single one of them has the same issues - and I'm not talking just about layoffs. I'm not saying Citi is perfect, but judging by this, we hit the jackpot.

Citibank is just a few months away from some very embarrassing disclosures. It’s not better here. It’s ignorance.

There’s nothing wrong with looking outside the financial sector. Shake it up some. Different sector, different goals, different regulations, processes and procedures.
