If you test positive for Covid you can get short term disability. That’s how we have been doing it at our office. Use one week of PTO then short term until you are “well enough” to return.

Don't forget to report your vax status so the company can figure out who they might lose if they enact a vax requirement. No surplus pay if they lay you off due to not getting vaxxed or refusing to provide info that's none of their damn business.

Don't go back till you are sure, long term symptoms happen, once your on STD stay there till you know for sure up to 90 days plus an extension if necessary.
