There is not much to say about TGP. My opinion is that this is the worst thing that could have happened to Allstate. In principle, I don't care much for this company anymore because I plan to go soon, but I wonder what you think would be a much better idea than TGP, which was a maximum setback for this company?

@qbk+1cpvchfi. Too many boomers** without the boomers you wouldn't be here, live and learn from the boomers they have the experience, knowledge and wisdom that you children lack. Remember the boomers were not born with a cell phone in their crib and can discuss a claim with a customer in a coherent manner. No participation trophies in the real world.
Hey About fixing the Auto product. TW admitted it was broken in 2019. No solution has been put forward and we are knock on 2022’s door.
TGP = Transformative Growth Plan : cutting expenses to the bone thru layoffs and agent commission cuts and overall reduction in agencies countrywide...eventually having .com and 800 # and ALL app customer support
Most people think transformative growth was about layoffs but its about making the company sustainable for decades to come. Too many boomers here stuck in the last century
A better plan would of been to remove Tom Wilson as CEO, remove Glenn Shapiro as PPL president & hire new leadership that is in touch with the industry & current trends. It sure would of been nice to see the leaders put aside greed & not take huge bonuses & stock bonuses. This would of saved thousands of front line workers positions….. But it’s very sad this did not happen like many other well run companies who care about employees & product….. Tom & Glenn you guys are the poster child for Scumbag greed!!!!
