I see mentioned often on this forum about getting a lawyer and sticking it to the man for getting PIPed or laid off maybe for age racial discrimination or other angles. Has anyone had any legal success against ExxonMobil - winning a bigger severance or getting your job back?

Thanks for posting this @1gix+1cpoWd57. This is a suit but it is unclear from what I read of the outcome, just that defendant's (XOM) were unable to get the case dismissed. Did he win? This was in 2014.
