Since I know a few of them whose primary reason for leaving this company is the care about climate change and Earth, I wonder how many more people have left this company just for that reason?
The ones I know personally, agreed to a lower pay but they no longer wanted to be in this industry.

Big Finance is leaving O&G for this reason and to be compliant with Paris accords. Finance industry is probably smartest people I’ve ever met and know whats up. Way smarter than all you SLB schmuck who dream of career and BS and drink the blue kool aid. Get a life and GTFO of O&G!!!!!
I have done so primarily for this reason among others. When the industries main product is carbon it’s a lie when they say they are trying to get to net zero or actually give a f about environment. SLB is fraud company and should be in same classification as Ta----n.
