Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Who is ready to stand up?

Let me start this off by saying if you are for or against the vaccine I respect your opinion and stance. I have listened to both sides and have decided to draw my line in the sand.

I am interested in understanding just how many we have ready to stand and fight this vaccine mandate? I am appalled by the idea that we are being required to get the shot or face discipline! Can they really terminate everyone? What is being required is unconstitutional. The White House, CDC and Pfizer are not requiring vaccines for employees, so why is AT&T? Why is this requirement coming before the FDA has approved it?

So I watch many communities stand up to the school districts around mask mandates and fighting for their kids, my question is when are we going to stand and fight for ourselves in this situation? How can I lay my head down at night trying to teach my children to stand up for what they believe in if I am going to roll over and not live by the very words I preach to them?

I just want to know how many of my peers across the country feel the same way that I do? How many are willing to stand up for what’s right?

Y’all over thinking it…. You either get the vaccine and keep your job or you don’t - no need to research, think, threaten, cry, etc

So the fact that you can still get infected and transmit this virus even though you are fully vaccinated tells me what? That your science and thinking is not correct. I appreciate the color stab at me. It speaks volumes. It goes to show that when the name calling begins then a nerve has been struck and an different opinion other than yours can and is being supported? Again I respect the fact that you have become vaccinated. You made the best decision for you! However when the vaccine you have taken and is being required doesn’t stop the transmission or spread of this virus your argument is pointless and holds no value.

Lol, it’s not your company, corporations aren’t democracies, you don’t get to elect the board or ceo, you have the right not to get vaccinated and the company has the right not to employ you if they make it company policy. Boy oh boy some of you have watched way to many movies and propaganda thinking your some special individual that’s going to save the day. Lol. If you don’t like the policy then quit but soon your going to find out that every company and organization around the world is going to implement this policy because it’s in the best interest of humanity that we stop the spread of this virus as it keeps mutating and getting worst. Go ahead and whine all you want but your going to find yourself isolated more and more and time goes in and the rest of us who care about each other and got vaxxed move on from brainwashed soon to be unemployed and unemployable mouth breathers like you.
