Wow, OP, I hope you’re a manager, you fully deserve it ! Big words with zero substance ! What you completely forgot is to include in your post any suggestion on HOW exactly we can do this. Maybe get rid of the management and get some competent technical people to make decisions in their place ? Do you think that will fly ? Do you feel you work in a company where initiatives from the bottom are accepted and encouraged from the top ?
Lol this place is about to collapse and some people will just sink with it. I give it 2 years (tops).

It’s a lost cause.
While I appreciate your efforts, XOM is not worth at this point making better. The people in charge have the choice and the tools to do so and are paid to do it. They were told by the million dollar consultants it was broke in 2019 and given ideas and tools to fix it. How did that effort turn out? Let it collapse!
This is hardly the place to post about things getting better. We are in for at least 18-24 months of turmoil and chaos.
