Just when you think 8% NSI is too high because we only hire the best, you look at your email and you have 80 responses to a large Emit group email where people responded to all with “take me off this distribution list”. Maybe 8% is too low haha

The people you saw doing the reply all were the managed server providers and off shored staff. Ask your local EMIT contact (if you can find one) what it is like doing business with them.
Or for a completely different perspective, ask an EMIT manager for a Powerpoint on how successful this strategy is.......they will be happy to provide.

Anyone that “replied all” should be on top of the NSI list next year.
To be fair most of the people replying were either:
- Contractors/consultants
- Boomers
^ that’s exactly what I did! Funny part are those who “replied to all saying “please don’t rely to all”
People still need to learn how to use their computers in this day. Just right click on the email and click ignore. You won’t get any additional emails in this thread including the “take me off this distribution list”.
