Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Let me break it down for you

Hard work and dedication won’t make your job secure. You may get a bonus, a small raise or even a great performance evaluation. However, everyone that is in the rank and file is expendable. There is no “maybe” about it. In the end, if your salary fits into the “cost cutting” bracket you will definitely be let go.

I'm interested. Has there been much WFR this year (I left some time back)? I've not heard much about it this year through my network. Has DXC finally hit the point where they've recognised that any more cuts will mean there's no way to deliver any service to their clients??

The WFR spread always sorts on the salary column, 'hanging on' in false hope of a payoff is a short road to bankruptcy! The ones who survive WFR cannot afford to live, take on more debt and continue to struggle - all to support DXC and its atrocious behaviour... . Why?
