The distribution of work was never absolutely fair, some always had a little more work to do.
However, have you too noticed lately that some do almost nothing while some do work for two or three people? It definitely doesn't help raise morale in any way.

I know folks that run there business while at denbury work.
Said they don’t see their bosses but once a month at most and that’s just to pay him his cut for covering for them.
you shouldn’t blame other people for your inability to operate efficiently…. have you ever considered that perhaps a task that takes you hours to complete can be one in minuets by others?
100%. I can’t even take a day off while I know some people who just watch TV on their phone all day.
