Please? Your coworker is not your enemy. Both of you are in the same mess working for this piece of dung company. Turning on your coworkers and trying to trip them up only helps those above you, nobody else. You'll never get ahead like that, no matter what they tell you. If we are fighting amongst ourselves, management knows they're safe. They'll say anything to keep it that way.

This work environment has really declined over the last year or so . Longer hours , less adjusters to do the work and bad morale are rampant. Allstate gambled poorly on transformative growth . Customer service is affected negatively as a result .
