Close and Sell Alaska Office

The Alaska office hemorrhages money. Big banks not lending for Arctic projects. Time to sell this outdated pig, and cease management boondoggles. BP was smart and sold their pig.

Aside from lucking into Willow and Narwhal what exactly has the xploration gang blown everyone away with?
And what’s their overhead?

Nah, the Alaska shop does suck, and most of the people there are or were whiners.

No need to make room for them. Put those AK hi-pots in the hallways close to the restrooms, that's where they belong. They act so incredibly entitled, but yet are so incredibly stupid immature and lazy.

Hey, if that unknowns unknowns geo supervisor is still at the Anchorage office, tell him Midland is looking for proctologists, since he has experience there.

Please be patient, we've only been working on it for six years now. It takes time to dismantle a large company, but rest assured, we'll git 'er done.

It would make more sense to close and sell the Houston offices.

Anchorage is a sacred ARCO cow. COP is run by the ARCO managers rejected by BP. Anchorage will be sold when the sentimental attachment is outweighed by the need to forget the history behind it and those associated with it.

The Anchorage office has been so quiet these days, I almost forgot it exists. So when can shareholders expect first oil from Willow?
