Are they doing anything for anyone?
SM's are told to take the list and screen ourself. I tell my person the people I want hired, that I screened, interviewed,and made sure they were good candidates. They hired other people!!!! And those people have nights and weekends available. I am not open at night!

I got 1 out of the 5 I asked for. And that is if she even stays next week. The one temp I did get mentioned they had an interview last Thursday. So...we'll see how next week goes. Normally I offer extended hours and weekend hours. Not this term. I got them plenty of applicants, I helped them interview liked they asked us to. And they still did not manage to get me the support I needed.
I had a temp sh-t all over the toilet and walk out like it was ok ..called them on it asked me if I wanted them to clean it ..really
We got 20 temps but only 2 have decent availability. It's like the temp agency just hired a bunch of people who can only work 2-6.
What are other stores sitting at? I am asking for real numbers, not venting. I am at a demand of 30 with only 2 fulfilled.
If we're lucky to even get people at all...
In the Spring they sent someone to my store without even telling me they were coming, a week before I needed them.
