Why aren’t there any women in real leadership positions at POLS? When I say leadership, I mean business drivers, not HR or Student Services. And what happened to the focus on diversity?

There it is.
Yes plenty of women and diversity of employees but that doesn’t mean we are free from discrimination. It’s there.
5 out of the 6 managers I’ve had during my time at Pearson were women. ALL of THEIR managers were women. Fun fact: cisgender heteros-xual women are not the most oppressed people in the world.
Many women here in leadership roles and plenty of minorities. Don’t go looking for trouble where there is none. There’s hella more to complain about at this place than diversity and female leaders - bye!

Pearson?! The company that is VASTLY composed of women. Many of which in HIGH leadership roles overall—both past & present.
POLS or not (which is a small % of revenue). Pearson is not hurting in any minority hiring statistics.
I’d take this gripe elsewhere. You’re detached from reality!
