A colleague who was a great person and a great employee got a promotion and I was really very happy for him. Very soon after that he changed so it is no longer the same person. It’s a bit ridiculous to watch it all. Perhaps the promotion makes it so that people are under abnormally more stress?

These ppl change bcause they felt they are in a position with power. But they fail to realize that it’s the worker bees that do the sh-t work for them and get these managers or management team the good pay. Just too many of these id--t managers and management team in HV
And/OR he's put on his stupid hat by drinking incompetent mgmt Kool-Aid :).
Probably is being held accountable for the ridiculous / impossible asks from the upper echelons.
