I don't respect the company which puts profit above all, I don't respect the leadership team which is leading this place into ruin, I don't respect any of the managers - whatever level we're talking about - for being nothing but but-kissers who have no idea how to do their jobs. I don't even respect most of my coworkers for succumbing to pressure and playing the backstabbing game to the delight of everybody above. Respect needs to be earned. Nobody here earns it.

The fact that you have to whine about that on a layoff board only shows how pathetic you are. If you don't like it....leave. No one is forcing you to stay.
Well, as long as you get paid pretty well, then do the minimum and take a lot of time off and for skills training. Work towards something better. Use Seagate and your employment to full advantage for yourself if possible.
Then leave if you are so unhappy
