Yes, another stinking appraisal process kicks off with pointless goals that don’t relate to the job you do. I’ve basically already resigned myself to a 3-4. I used to be consistently 1-2 but they’ve beaten that out of me as it’s meaningless. I think if I was billable for the entire year I wouldn’t meet the target of 95% as we’re losing work. I was hoping for redundancy but I think I’m just going to leave. I’ve really had enough of Mikey2 and Steakcutter2’s bu-----t. This company is going nowhere fast.

My manager deleted all of the stupid corporate goals that were there for me and kept the ones I created.
I left DXC midyear. For the two years prior to my leaving, I did not even fill out any information on my goals. I just marked them 'done'. I wrote a summary paragraph only. My managers were so overloaded, they did not even notice, or if they did, they did not care and said nothing about it. We al knew there would be no raises or promotions, so there was no point.
I’m in the same boat, 1s 8 years in a row going back to pre merger and nothing. I have completely disengaged, and am now using my time and effort in finding a new job, not that my manager has any clue, they are in a completely different country on a different system. Can’t wait to say goodbye for good to this sh-t show.
Yes whats the point of adding an IDP and personal goals , more reason not to give you a pay increase. My increase after 7+ years doesnt come close the inflation rate from then to now. Then Mike2 gets a 50% increase and his HR Bi-ch fets 5 million a year. I am this close to retirement, so I'll stick it out

That was me. Got '1' several times, but my bonus payout was zero. My salary increases were zero. I was 'saved' from WFR too many times, so left without my payout.
I'm happier now. I have a great corporate culture, bonuses get paid. My salary goes up now and again.
I had very big expectations of Mike 2, I know he's done great things in previous companies. But DXC seems to be beyond even his ability to fix.
I feel sorry for the folks who're still there, yet at the same time can't understand why they're still there. There's so much opportunity outside DXC, so I can't see why folks don't take it....

You can achieve top marks but you'll get nothing.
Just thousands of wasted man hours of form filling, prep, and meetings.
Yet people who don't achieve their goals like the HR lady get gross amounts of money for not delivering.
How can you call it an "appraise" system.
The result is already known, if your high up you will get $$$$$$$$$$, If your low down you go through all the motions and be told you get next to nothing even if you've achieved everything.
So no point over delivering.
