Gotta wonder…for those that are in the pilot now, as much as they say that isn’t a factor in the RIF, other than knowing what the role is, and referring to the share point site for more info, that doesn’t make much sense. Anyone the pilot have any thoughts on this situation?

Parts of the pilot are being addressed, and while it’s the new model, they are not keeping it as it is, like the ACT team, and focusing on the post discharges to start
The pilot is not being done away with. It is the new model
Pilots are for proving or disproving information. The pilot roll out showed it wasn't an effective model for the direction the company wants to go. The safest thing to do, if you want to stay with the company is to go to the careers website, update your resume and start applying, that way you have a plan in place if your department and role is impacted. Even if you get offered another role, you can decline it if you aren't impacted.... And, with CMS, healthcare and the impacts of COVID on the healthcare system, including lower open enrollments, expect more RIFs and restructuring over the next few years.
Staff in the pilot are part of the departments that they are looking at for the regionalism and staffing needs.
Yes. The depts not impacted by rif are UM, Medicaid and SNP.
What? The RIF and impacts associates in the ECOM pilot?
I'm in the pilot, in our meeting we were told that we're not safe or safer just because we are in the pilot.
Well, it is a business, not a non profit, so your post is 💯
