Never in a short period of time did more of my colleagues leave Seagate. I’m not at all surprised because people don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad bosses and poor management who don’t appreciate their value. Unless something changes in the management of this company, unfortunately, the future does not look good.

I agree with 6xfg, except that even if you are satisfied at Seagate, there is no future in its technology. Everyone should be leaving! The job market is hot; now is the time to leave.
There are few already left, and some others are in the progress of running away, including me. The job market is better than I expected and it's not difficult to find a new job even in not the same industry with better pay. If you're not happy with your daily works, with your boss, with company future, go ahead and leave. It's the right time to do it.
If you are not happy please leave, no one keeping you here, move on with your sad life, the company does not need you negative thinkers, best of luck in your new future, your type not wanted around here
Pretty much every company ends up like this. Seagate has 5 years left of relevance at most. It's kept alive by cheap debt like 1/2 the companies out there.
