With the significant increase in COVID cases and new surge in the US, there can be NO reasonable explanation to require staff to report to TR offices until the case count reduces in a significant and sustained manner.

No, it's not that simple. This is going down the path of those who are vaccinated have to come into the office and those who aren't vaccinated can sit at home, work two jobs, take care of their children and do little work and still expected to be treated the same.

Target corporation, based in Minneapolis just announced WFH for their employees through the end of the year. With TR not mandating the vaccine, no one should be forced to return to the office at this time.
