I got CTR bonus. No, did not bring outside offer. No, did not kiss up to my boss. No, did not voice frustration. Yes, best in class in my science within my org. Yes, consistently beat mgmt expectations. Yes, have broad org and Intel impacts.
Are there some people who interview with other companies with the only intention to get offers and ask for the current company to match it? If so, isn’t it wasting other people’s time to interview them?

SW jobs are getting the big bucks, others aren’t. I got $200k. Non engineering do not get it. I don’t have any external offer or wasn’t looking.

I got it, $150k, is not $200k like the other guy was saying. I am not an Indian, and I know a couple more non Indian who got it too. Not sure about other BU.
