Layoff in Clinical is Looming

This place is like watching is better then watching a Jerry Springer show. It's a constant fight between management on meetings and emails. Middle management looks to be the target to be fired due to poor performance. The ethics and morals suck more then a vacuum cleaner. This place is a sh-t show. So toxic to work here.

The new automated system goes into production September 1. So both OGS and US jobs will be impacted. They paid 4million for POS that will not produce the reports or results they wanted. LMFAO

Bad management exists, get over it. If you focus your lense on bad, that is all you will ever see.
You are part of the sh-t show, either an audience member or an actor. Make the most of it or get out. Unless you have only worked in your position for less than a year, you can find another position. The only reason why you wouldn't is you like the drama, victim mentality or your performance scores suck.

Middle management is on a Cap? About time. Those in CST (clinical support team) deserve to be, as well as Business Analysts and Development etc. All they do is gossip, plot how to make things miserable for the underlings, kiss each other’s a—and then trash each other behind their backs, take breaks , and waste time creating childish team exercises etc. while one team before Covid was told to keep to production, another had a contest to see who could come up with the best slogan to describe their department. Reminded me of the 2nd grade all over again.

Workers, debt, wage slaves are selfish for taking time away from their work?!?!...., well call me selfish then, I will work from home and still take time off and.... yes, your employer /modern day slave corporation can drop you just because they want to and can thanks to very few if any real worker rights in the US empire....so take your time to use your time off, no time like the present to take off.

I hope the CST (Clinical Support Team) and Opas -don’t remember what that stood but someone might- in Norristown ,Pa and Newtown Sq. Pa are all gone. So many went around kissing managers a— and harassing their team members who were under them. I caught two supervisors trashing members of their teams for not volunteering to do overtime.
