It’s hard for people to realize but this company has been a steaming pile of sh-t ever since centurytel bought qwest. I specifically remember being in shitville when Nacchio ran us in the ground. I can’t believe any person who still works here can honestly believe it’s any different. Lol

They said insurance premiums were based on 26,000 employees at last contract, how many laid off since, then the 2500 in Latin America and supported from here, now 20 states sold, how many employees there?
The 26,000 was total bargained and non bargained from what I understood, why we have one plan for everyone and not a separate Union one with options like the past.
That doesn't include layoffs and surpluses across the board. I wonder if we have enough to even fill a small stadium anymore.
Nobody really seems to have a accurate head count.
Why so many posts using general terms like "steaming pile". People don't feel respected? People get laid off and those who didn't made to work harder?
Then stop aiming for the raises and take a stand in the next negotiation. People will rally behind you in the media if all you're asking for is some daym respect and humane hours. This is the best way to honor the people that have been laid off. Doing an email campaign is a start. But let's see some METTLE in '22. Jeff Storey is counting on you sitting out.
I don't believe in this sh**T show, but i do believe in getting my check every two week, so I don't care who runs this show. Im here till my company gas card says decline at the pump.
I would bring that back to when Qwest bought “those clowns” any US West
