Alternative cloud?
I am always surprised to see the Chinese Cloud providers listed... WHO is their twisted mind would use a Chinese provider... yeah, only Chinese companies because they don't have a choice, and sure the Chinese Cloud providers are getting bigger because there are a lot of Chinese companies!! Makes no sense to include them, and if Western companies are using any of the Chinese Cloud providers they must be totally out of their mind.

There is a link (pasted below) in the OPs article link where IBM has moved from Leaders to Challengers in the Backup and Recovery MQ. This is part of IBM's bread and butter.

And, the main reason why 6 is last place and not 6 out of a higher number, is IBM keeps buying small upstart cloud providers that would be nipping at IBMs heels or surpassing IBM.
