It doesn't matter to me if I get a raise or not, because the problem here is not only that most people are underpaid, but that they have many other issues. Also, I believe that everyone who gets a raise will get even more work. It may not be so, but unfortunately, I think it will.

In our club only certain people have to make changes and do extra work .Its aso sad .So much favoritism .The culture in our club is so toxic we lose new people all the time .
