Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Newbies have no enthusiasm

When I think back to my first month when I came to Dell, I was very enthusiastic and tried to show everything I know, and I didn’t really know all that much. However, I had colleagues who pointed out some things to me and helped me.

What is happening now, ten years later? New employees seem to me totally lost, but it's almost as if they’re not even interested in learning.

Most young folks have to deal with the doom and gloom created by Uncle Joe which has pushed inflation up 30% in a year and is about to crush the economy. To be honest this office job is the least of our worries at the moment!

Okay Boomer, it's just the post-1990s Millennials!
LEAN IN. Be the change you wish to see in the world. Inspire hope.
Embrace change. Be. We? Dell forever! A thousand years forever!
It’s almost like how, in war, you go through this bloody, dehumanizing thing … My hope is, as we get out of it, we’ll reach the next level of conscience. Dell.
