I have been hearing of bias where females have an advantage over males as target is trying to increase female representation at a manager / director level. Have anyone noticed or experienced it

Everyday the bar keeps dropping for the bullseye.
As a woman and a Target "Director" this just makes me laugh a bit.
Yeah right this company is pretty male dominated. Any more female representation would do us good. Probably prevent stupid territorial contests and people pretending to be experts when they are not.
