I have been working here for many years. I have lots of experience. I have always been among the more productive employees. And now, suddenly, micromanagement.
Why is that?
It really bothers me, creates enormous pressure for me and interferes with my work. It feels like you are suddenly under a big magnifying glass. If that’s not the way to get rid of me as soon as possible, then it’s an expression of some unreasonable distrust.

Frontier did the same exact thing. Most left. The few stragglers have no outside skills in today's economy. Paper pushers.
They are getting more totalitarian, much like JBs administration. Comply or get denied. they have about 3 more months. Hopefully less. RESIST!
They do that to you then they lay you off
