Seems like it’s always the opposite. Managers promote the person who is no threat (and is also spouting corporate koolaid-induced drivel) so they can appear to be team players while only looking out for number one. It’s actually a smart (but disgusting) survival strategy in a toxic environment like Centene.
I agree wholeheartedly. They go by political alignment and favoritism.
What does this have to do with anyone being laid off or fired? This is FB fodder.
But I know that's asking too much.
