It would be an exaggeration to say that the leadership wants to destroy this company but sometimes I don’t have any other explanation for the things they do.
Would someone who really cares about the company and its growth, success, bright future, really treat its best employees this way without whom success is impossible?

They are doing a good job at destroying themselves. Been here for a while now and the cost cutting to the point of mutilating their own sales is pretty apparent.
