It was really depressing while I was thinking about all the bad moves made by those at the top, about the reasons why they micromanage, why they devalue people and overwhelm them with work so much. Ever since I stopped caring and just do the bare minimum to get paid,,, everything is much better. Now it is no longer clear to me why I cared so much about this company and where it was headed?

It catches up w/ you tho. They will call you into the office saying you st*nk, and threaten your already low raise and/or job. So, work on looking like you really care.
