Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Where?

Where can I go where I don’t get punished for other peoples mistakes and the management to employee ratio isn’t 5 to 1? A place where there is no rage a Holic overlord pinheads and hemorrhoids that act like Neanderthals or detective wiggles.

State Farm is FAMOUS for nepotism. I was shocked once I came on board here.

No nepotism? You don't think the Top Guy had something to do with his son being promoted several levels at once?

What is all these comments about nepotism? Do you have examples of people in leadership hiring their own relatives? I’ve spent 15 years at SF in multiple departments and have never seen relatives influencing other relatives careers. Not once. But based on the comments on this site? You’d think it’s a regular occurrence.

I would genuinely like some examples.

SF is actually pretty cr---y to related people, got rid of the trailing spouse program years ago, which was basic common sense.
