For those of you who have not been vaccinated nor do you have plans to do so, even at the cost of losing your jobs here, I wonder what are your plans for the future?
I am trying to find another job and, even though I was vaccinated, for 3 months now I can't find another option. Without the vaccine I would be in an even bigger problem where to find a new job that would support my decision not to get vaccinated.
I hope you find a future employer that DOES NOT require you to be vaccinated. If you are in a customer facing position it's going to be slim to none!
I hope you find a new position that is remote and requires no interaction with others unless it's a call on Teams or Zoom.
Remember, it isn't a prison. Get your shots, do the work of 3-4 people, be happy with the 3% raise you get once every three years. Your supervisor will have their boot on your neck 40+ hours a week to make sure you get more done. If everyone wanted to work here we would not have 2500.00 referral incentives (for certain job classes). If you live through the first 2 shots, then you will have to get another every 6 months.
