Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

When your health deteriorates, then it's too late!

I wish that I started looking for a new job before I began to manifest psychosomatic ailments suffered from stress here.

Unfortunately, this company never has enough, it doesn't stop squeezing people till the end.

It would be interesting to do some analysis of how many people have suffered from various illnesses due to stress and pressure here.

There are no people at Anthem who can genuinely smile, the anxiety is everywhere at Anthem.

How much has your health deteriorated while working here?

I left the company too. Felt like a prisoner and verbally abused. Company is on different pages in their thoughts for the same job. Who is right? Surely not the hard workers. Management is clueless as to what we do or even care. But watch out if an error is made. 5 whys is a joke!?! The system makes so many mistakes and if you mention it to your lead, they don't care. It's brushed under the rug. Stress, nightmares, nervous breakdown is only a few health issues people are having. Just a few people express their thoughts that don't need their job. Others can't speak up because they need the benefits. But really, the insurance they offer is a joke. Cheaper elsewhere. Sad the company has turned this way over the last few years. Management needs more training on being a manager and not just a person with title and clueless. Training was a total joke. Showed us what keys to push to work the program but never taught proper processing. Good luck all, stay safe of depression.

Does angina and constant anxiety count? Sleepless nights? Eight hours of stress?
